Trial commences in civil claim for false imprisonment against Ministry of Justice

The trial of Mr Michael Coe’s civil claim against the Ministry of Justice is due to begin on 11 May 2026 at the County Court at Central London. The case is listed for two days.


Imran Khan and Partners act for Mr Coe in his claim for false imprisonment.
