Daniel Cooper and Patrick Dunne of Imran Khan and Partners have been instructed by residents and leaseholders of flats of Miller Heights in Maidstone.
Residents had to be evacuated from their homes in May 2026 after a leak in the basement caused damage to the electricity in the building. Residents have recently told they are unlikely to be able to move back into their properties before Christmas after a further leak occurred in October.
