IKP Act for Bereaved Family in Police Gross Misconduct Hearings

Gross misconduct proceedings begin today in Torquay, relating to two Devon and Cornwall police officers, who were involved in the death of Mr Stephen Reardon in July 2023 at St Austell, Cornwall.

Mr Reardon died while becoming unwell in police detention. See more here.

The hearing will run from 11 - 14 August 2025, at Torquay Conference Centre.
