Grenfell Family Start Legal Action Relating To Tower Demolition

Our clients, who are the brother and mother of Khadija Khalloufi, who died in the fire at Grenfell Tower on 14 June 2017, have sent a Letter Before Claim to challenge the decision of the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government not to preserve certain elements of the tower that hold meaningful memories, and to demolish them.
The Letter Before Claim has been sent directly to the Rt Hon Steve Reed OBE MP.
