Our clients will be giving evidence in the forthcoming hearings of the Undercover Policing Inquiry.
On 18th August 2025, the Inquiry published the provisional schedule for the Tranche 3 (Phase 1) hearings, which are due to begin on 13th October 2025. These hearings will examine the activities of undercover police officers deployed into protest groups and political campaigns, and the impact of those deployments on those who were spied upon.
The hearings will open with statements before moving to evidence from a range of witnesses, including both undercover officers and those affected by undercover policing.
