Our James O’Hara acted for BA, who was charged with Manslaughter, Possession of a Firearm, and Perverting the Course of Public Justice. Following a seven week trial, the Jury at Isleworth Crown Court returned a unanimous not guilty verdict. Others charged on the same indictment were convicted.
