Judicial Appointment: Daniel Lemberger Cooper Appointed HM Assistant Coroner for Kent & Medway

We are delighted to announce that, following a highly competitive selection process, Daniel Lemberger Cooper has been appointed as HM Assistant Coroner for the Kent & Medway Coroners area, his appointment having been approved by the Chief Coroner and the Lord Chancellor. 

Daniel, a Partner, will continue to practice full time at Imran Khan and Partners.

As part of his new role, he will support the Senior Coroner in delivering the coroner’s service, as well as conducting his own investigations and inquests.  

This is a part-time, judicial commitment complementing Daniel’s practice at Imran Khan and Partners.

Daniel has a thriving practice in civil and public law, and whose expertise in coronial law is extensive. Daniel deals with the most sensitive and challenging cases.
