Imran Khan KC is considering taking legal action against Kent Police on behalf of the victims from Sandyridge.


Mr Khan told Sky News that "This was either police incompetence, which means… the police failed to take action when they should have done."


"We're also considering a second claim which is to pursue misconduct in public office, where the police deliberately, wilfully did not investigate when they knew they should have done."
