Patrick Dunne

Paralegal

Patrick joined the Actions Against the Police and Public Law Department (Inquests, Public Law and Public Inquiries) in January 2023. He works closely with Daniel Cooper and Imran Khan KC on a range of complex cases including inquests, judicial review, and actions against the police and State. He also focuses on supporting clients through the Lambeth Redress Scheme, which was created to compensate victims of historical sexual abuse in care homes in the London Borough of Lambeth.

Patrick completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Westminster in 2022, achieving distinction. He graduated with a first class degree in History in 2019 from the University of Cambridge. He has previously worked for the Law Centres Network as a Fundraising Consultant, and he directed the Evening Standard’s homeless charity campaign from 2019-2021. He is a published author on the topic of government infiltration of trade unions. As Secretary of ACORN Lambeth he is an active campaigner in the trade union movement.
