Recent work

R v G - Assisting Partner James O'Hara with highly complex confiscation proceedings in the region of £40m.

R v BT - Expert evidence obtained demonstrating T's mental health issues which would deem a custodial sentence inappropriate. T avoided a custodial sentence following conviction for ABH.

R v HA - HA left unrepresented in the Court of Appeal after having been deemed as beneficial owner of third party asset which formed part of benefit figure. Katerina is assisting Partner James O'Hara in obtaining evidence to show HA does not have beneficial interest in third party asset with a view to varying the confiscation order.
