Caleb Bawdon joined Imran Khan & Partners as a paralegal in the public law department in April 2019, and has a long-standing interest in law and social justice. Since joining the firm, Caleb has worked in a support role on a series of landmark cases, including the inquest into the London Bridge Terror attack, Grenfell Tower Inquiry, Lambeth Children's Home Redress Scheme, Independent Inquiry into Child Sex Abuse, as well as a number of other Inquests and actions against the police. Caleb is supervised by Imran Khan QC, and is known for his ability to build a rapport with clients, who may be going through great distress.
He graduated from the University of Warwick in 2018 with a degree in politics and international studies, and now combines his work at the firm with studying part-time for a graduate diploma in law, as the first step towards qualifying as a solicitor.
Caleb has interned at a number of leading legal aid firms and not-for-profit organisations, and also has considerable experience of grassroots local and national political campaigning.
