R v G - Assisting Partner James O'Hara with highly complex confiscation proceedings in the region of £40m.
R v BT - Expert evidence obtained demonstrating T's mental health issues which would deem a custodial sentence inappropriate. T avoided a custodial sentence following conviction for ABH.
R v HA - HA left unrepresented in the Court of Appeal after having been deemed as beneficial owner of third party asset which formed part of benefit figure.
